April Favorites (2015)

April Favorites features some products that you probably haven’t seen around here for while and a new find that has made me really happy, as well as some social media standouts!

April Favorites – Makeup

April Favorites 2015

ByAlgeory’s Over-sized Lipstick Organizer: Having recently reviewed this, there’s no need to go into too much detail but to say that this has to be the best find of the year for me so far. Now I can purchase more YSL Rouge Coutures and Marc Jacob lipsticks without worrying that their awkward size will hinder my organization efforts. 🙂

My Viseart Palettes: It’s no secret to any of you that I’m in love with Viseart, both the Sultry Muse (reviewed here) and Neutral Matte (reviewed here) palettes have featured strongly this month. I can use them alone to create easy, beautiful eye looks or pair them with bolder colors. Love. Love, Love.

Chanel Les Beiges Multi-Colour Powder in 01: If you were around or remember this far back, I was on the fence when I first reviewed this limited edition version of the Chanel Les Beiges which was released last Summer (2014). I wasn’t sure it was giving me the “glow” I was looking for. But I’ve come to  realise that the effect of this powder is more subtle and it just adds…”health” to the complexion, for lack of a better description. This month especially, I’ve rediscovered it and fallen completely in love.

April Favorites 2015

Dior Cannage My Lady Blush 003 (Coral): Last year, once October rolled around and I was all about the plums and vampy lips, I completely forgot about this oh-so-luxurious beauty. Having seen the version that was released this Spring/Summer (which, sadly, I didn’t get), it reminded me to pull the one I do own out of its hiding place. My Lady 003 Coral gives that perfect pinky coral cheek that is both vibrant yet classy. You can check out my full review here. Don’t judge me, this was published when my blog was only 3 weeks old! 🙂

April Favorites- Blogs

Heather Porcelain BeautyHeather – Porcelain Beauty: I’m probably the last person on the planet to mention Heather and it blew my mind the other day when, after reading her blog for about two or three months, I found out she was only 19! Her beauty and lifestyle posts are professional, thought provoking and insipring.

Jasmin Charlotte LifestyleJasmin – Jasmin Charlotte Lifestyle: First, I should apologise to Jasmin for not mentioning her sooner. This month I’m reminded of why she is so great – with her eccletic mix of lifestyle, beauty, fitness and health posts.

Jen Avon InsiderJen – The Avon Insider: Jen (and Katie for that matter) make me wish I was on wordpress.com instead of my own domain at wordpress.org. Lol. I love that she shares, among her own beauty and lifestyle features, posts of general interest as well as post by other WordPress blogs. Makes it fun and easy to make new discoveries!

Maria Agape Love DesignsMaria – Agape Love Designs: In addition to her blog, which I love as she often talks about products I’ve never heard of, Maria has a fantastic youtube channel. I’ve enjoyed watching her Channel grow and I admire her down to earth yet glamorous style.

Tell me, what or who did you love this month?
